MWA has a broadly developed skill base, while maintaining specialised skills in a focused selection of current application development environments.

System Architecture: The environments that MWA support include Microsoft Windows Servers, Microsoft Windows base client PCs, most browsers, client / server, n-tiered development, and replicated / redundant systems.

Application Development: Development environments include ASP.net for Web based systems and Web Services, Windows Services, and Windows / WPF client applications, using VB or C#.

Database Development: MWA prefers Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Server.
